I was at the previous free concert in Hyde Park in 1969.

Mainly went to see a group called Family (anyone remember them?)

But was blown away by King Crimson, who did a great set.

Then the Stones came on and Mick released the butterflies (Brian Jones had just died).

I stayed for the first Stones number and they were so bad I left and had to step over thousands of people to get out of the crowd.

For a moment I thought this would be another free gig. WRONG! Sponsored by Barclaycard and ?90 plus a ticket. Wonder if Age Concern are getting some back stage passes?

If you know Barclays by their shenanigans in recent years they dont do nothing by halves in trying to make money.

Then theres the merchandising, refreshments....KUH-CHINGGGGGG!

Actually ?90 is a standing place just outside Gillingham, some of these tickets are ?300 fucking quid a pop. Greedy bastards.
