Anyone who bought it for the "Tits" is a moron. There is no requirement for such tame stuff anymore. Page 3 is a complete waste of space and editing effort.

It had its day a long time ago, tradition is the only thing keeping it going. Who can name a page 3 girl these days? You used to be able to reel off a list, now, I can't think of one.

I am with spider if it does mean the end of the paper it can only be a good thing.

Guessing there does have to be some concern about who the next target will be after this success but with all the free stuff about why give a fuck.

Whoa i wouldnt go so far as to be as offensive as that. A lot of people bought that newspaper and Im sure it wasnt just for tits. It was a simple and clean read that appealed to right wingers (so Im surprised to read comments that I have o here against it) unlike some of the other bulkier papers you had to wrestle with. It was cheap. it was titilating and full of sensationalism. It was the Jeremy Kyle of newspapers

It didnt become the "nations" favourite by chance.

That said there really wasnt much to it at all either.

The internet has all but decimated everything. We are in the midst of change and frankly there is no place for The Sun newspaper as it was
