In case you didn't already know?

Research by the Social policy charity CARE illustrates that families with two adults and two children, and with one earner are taxed with some 73 percent of their income.

Do you actually know how much of the UK's GDP is spent on foreign aid? Or do you simply resent any money from what is still a relatively wealthy country being spent to help others, and to assist them in reaching a fraction of the level at which we all live in terms of health and mortality? For your information it is 0.48%. Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium all contribute more; 1.00% in the case of Sweden.

I too have a real issue with my hard earned tax monies being sent to some ungrateful third world country where it will be rapidly redirected to Nassau or Switzerland. There are thousands of more worthy causes far closer to home.

Quite. And the sooner we get shot of the Scottish public sector worker illegals like yourself north of the border the better.

And rest assured, not a penny of my taxes will be going north to supplement your daily meal of cold haggis.

Africa yes, Arignald Valleywater definitely not!
