Mrs McFister waas recently admitted to Walsgrave Hospital in Coventry. What a shit hole?sad fuckers who have had their legs amputated smoking their filthy fags on wheelchairs outside the front doorways but that is nothing compared to the crap nurses.Without fail they delighted in bemoaning how she would have problems following her operation,.Delighting in pessimism at her fragile state.Various women in her ward had to struggle to the bog leaving blood trails on the floor that were not cleared up.Women adjacent left wimpering in pain while some stupid nurses tried to stem bleeding following a breast operation..Thank fuck for the woman Consultant who arrived and issued bollockings at the pathetic efforts ..Sorry but this was the NHS at it?s worst.Mrs McFister had a shower and used the bathroom..some sad fucker cleaner waltzed in after her and threw her mop at the wall ..?fucking hell? she moaned because it was her job to clean up the floor.Without fail the nurses were impatient insensitive and lacking any care.Wife was thinking how it may have been a pleasant place to work..now she will sort something else?.and by the way their crap patient restaurant want 27 p for a sachet of HP Brown Sauce!.What a fucking disgrace.

Unfortunately this is becoming more and more the situation. I find A&E's in a much better condition that the actual wards and quality of staff on the wards. I can think of a few reasons why this might be.

The only way to get decent care is to pay for private insurance. I think by privatising the health care, but having some free at a basic need level would elevate the system a little and give more choice for better standards of care for the people who require more than just the basic

It is disturbing to read this as where I would probably have to go for any major operation or treatment.

Many millions of ??? have been spent rebuilding and re-equipping this hospital over the last few years.

Of course this doesn't account for poor staff but they can't blame outdated facilities.

The charges for parking are a scandal too, after all no-one would park there for any other reason.
The area it covers is huge and realistically many patients and visitors either can not get there by public transport or the journey time would be far longer perhaps even 3 hours from the south of Warwickshire.
