My blog was just in jest....but I am interested that jimslip thinks every
thing will be massively pirated in China. So what about a contractual deal
and money up front bearing in mind 20,000, let alone the estimated
200,000, is a hell of a lot of shops and sales......one eyed jack is going to
tell me something about the Chinese in Berlin (I can`t wait) and Rumple-

My general comment is that a year or so from now I can promise you that
American porn producers WILL invade the Chinese market (and create a
taste for bald beaver I suspect Rumpleforeskin, as they have everywhere
else). The reason U.S. porn dominates worldwide is precisely because,
when all is said and done (and you can hate US porn Mr Slip), you cannot
deny their marketing skills.
Personally I am a porn dinosaur and couldn`t give a toss. But the Yanks
will break into the Chinese market, sufficient to make it worthwhile, though
it may well be dominated by Jap and Korean fare. Personally I am sorry to
see the Brits as cynical or pessimistic as ever. The days of Empire are gone
and it helps explain why Brit producers, generally speaking, are insular and
