Spiffing idea about employee shares

Interesting idea from Boy George outlined today.
Companies can give capital gains tax free shares in their company worth from ?2000 upwards to those employees prepared to give up the following employee rights.
1. Cover for unfair dismissal and redundancy
2. The right to request flexible working and time off for training
3. Mothers giving eight weeks' notice of the date they are to return from maternity leave. Instead they must give 16 weeks' notice.
These spiffingly good ideas would be optional for current employees but companies could make it a mandatory requirement for people being offered a new job in the company, thus making unfair dismissal a thing of the past.
But hang on, what if your old age pensioner boss offers you a once in a lifetime opportunity to get dressed as a schoolgirl whilst he gets dressed as Jimmy Savile for a knee trembler in the stock room?
You refuse this wonderful offer, get the sack after 10 years work there and have no cover for unfair dismissal and lose potentially substantial sums of money for unfair dismissal.
To borrow our esteemed government's favourite phrase "How can it be fair....."
