Who would you chap recommend as a good, cost effective, adult web hosting company... including domain names etc.

For hosting, I would recommend Amerinoc Yeah, OK theres an aff link in there, but why not?
I have used them myself since 2007 and have had zero issues. The support is really fast, and they are 'Fully Managed' - Meaning if you want something special installed, or have a new domain name added to your account etc, just email them, and they do it for you.
Likewise if anythings wrong, email them and they put it right. TBH they are very good indeed...
'Some' other hosts wont actually allow you to install billing such as ccbill etc but they wont tell you that until its to late. Amerinoc are fine for billing
As for domain names, I'd recommend using a domain name register that is NOT part of the hosting. NameCheap.com are very good.
Its just not a good idea to have all your eggs in one basket.
Hopefully you'll get a few other replies, as everyone has their own opinion, but like I say I have been happy with both Amerinoc and namecheap, without a single issue whatsoever since downsizing from Mojohost in 2007
