I reckon 'ol Hartley Hare must have been made by someone who had scraped through with a D in "CSE Puppet Making", they must have nicked an old teddy from some kid, ripped its head off and replaced it with Hartleys, using old sack material, finally making the teeth out of 2 bits of white paper!

Hartley Hare reminds me a little of my old pal, porn director and raconteur, Frank Thring, that is, apart from the floppy ears! !grin!
