Listening to Dylan's new album "Tempest".

Great driving blues, soft shoe shuffles and ballads, immaculately played, with the Bobster's inimitable vocals delivered courtesy of an industrial quality sanding machine.

The last Dylan album I bought was 'Modern Times' in 2006 which I thoroughly enjoy to this day. I think its probably time I buy a new one.

Last time l saw Bob was about 3 years ago at the NIA in Birmingham.

In most case's it was difficult to know what he was singing due to age, changed style etc, etc.

In other case's it was impossible to know what he was singing due to him changing the music, the melody and some of the words.

But who cares..........it was Bob Dylan, there LIVE, and more remarkably - still alive.

Though the baseball bats are a tad extreme, i cant help thinking 'you had it coming you creep'. How many films have I seen where the male character just doesn't get the message, the girl just doesn't want to know, and you aren't charming you are a pervert, but doesn't get the comeuppance the stalker / utter twat he is deserves. Well done Bob. Good track as well. Must buy the album.

Mind, you'd have to go a long way to beat his Subterranean Homesick Blues video, shot as we all know I'm sure, behind the Savoy hotel in The Strand.

And with what looks like Allen Ginsberg in the background on Subterranean Homesick Blues.

Came across this cracking version of All Along the Watchtower with Springsteen's backing band where the guitars really rock out.

On a satorial note, dig Dylan's gold shirt. Hah!

And not forgetting this killer version of Shelter from the Storm.

What's going on with the headgear? Don't ask!

It is indeed Ginsberg at the back. Fresh from writing the cards probably.
