I see that approx half the scum from the riots one year ago have re-

Well, obviously jail sentences don't seem to always work too well, do they?
But given that reoffending rates are 70% in many UK jails, this is hardly a surprise is it?

But of course THANKS TO TORY CUTS these options are NO LONGER AVAILABLE to our poor, hapless youngsters and they must instead face a bleak few weeks in prisons reminiscent of those of Dickens times and what do they come out to???
