european monsoon very british

I see in the papers that Blighty is suffering, according to weathermen, from
the "European Monsoon" complex. Sorry to be smug, but most of mainland
Europe is experiencing nice weather, Budapest topped 82 Fah today and the
crap weather once again ruining the British summer is entirely British ! I
state this so those who read this site and generally moan about Europe
realise that away from Britain the weather is usually nicer.
