It started about 20 minutes ago on ITV+1. Goldfinger on a sunny afternoon....all's well with the world.

And the Golf match is written so well in the book as to seem real....Royal St Marks is actually Royal St Georges where Fleming was a member.

It was my last year at school 1964/5 and there she was for all the world to see, a naked woman painted in gold, the price of gold goes up and down !wink!

Though she was face down and had the lower half of her bikini on. Best you could get in those days I suppose.

The first time I was working at Pinewood, I drove down between some of the buildings. It seemed weirdly familiar. It took me a while to work out I was driving around where they shot the chase scene where Bond crashes. It actuall hasn't changed very much.
