Dunno if you have seen this unintentionally, hilarious Department of Transport video. It includes unmissable footage of Transport Secretary, Justine Greening "remoding" and Norman Baker presenting, with some very dodgy video production values.

Ministry of Silly Neologisms anyone?

To be fair, with regard to the dodgy production values you mention, most of the footage of whatsisface at the end is shot as a BTS. I'm sure the green screen stuff is a lot better. Dont think I'd have such a heavy back-light on that dome though.
