Calm down! Calm down!

Just looking at this forum, it seems some posters are taking what I assume for many are good-natured disagreements slightly too aggressively. Name calling and gratuitous insults seem par for the course.

Shall we all take a step back and agree to disagree on what we believe - after all, we are all in this (site) together...

What would a forum be without a little banter?

Sit back and enjoy the show !fight! !blackeye! !ambulance!

THe vast majority of us use the site that way anyway. I just ignore the c**ts and the tedious and it's a lot better that way. I wish this site ran more up to date software so an actual 'ignore' option was available.

It's easy enough to avoid a thread when you see the topic and poster if your not interested in it. No-one *has* to take part.

You are right.

Jim appears on the edge of a breakdown. I will try to make an effort not to wind him up further when he spews out lies and insults in his posts to me.

This is an example of what I'm talking about - Totally unnecessary. The insults I mean, not the photo links.

I'd put money on the profile becoming like what Amy Winehouse sang about.

Ah yes. Well, Be-Seen-Here is one of the forum's "novelty posters". Banned, reappears, banned etc. etc. etc.

Nice of him to give me a thank you in the subject of the thread though.
!wink!

It's the long, drawn-out debates that are the worst. That's why I keep my posts short, sharp and to the point.
