Hi all not sure if you had this but have been notified that an adult perfomer may have HIV second test on its way to either confirm or otherwise

Been advised by AITA to use condoms ect till this is sorted

Just goes to show it can happen

Yeah, the whole porn industry went into complete, pitch fork carrying hysterical panic, all on the basis of a first test. Needless to say it was found to be a "false positive", which I expect is not that uncommon, except normally we don't hear about it.

Mistaken and false diagnosis based on faulty tests is rife throughout the health system. From cervical smears to cancer, samples must be re-taken and triple checked before a true diagnosis can be made.
