How will King Kenny bow out?

The taxi is waiting for King Kenny....a loss to Blackburn after Everton winning 4-0 could be the last straw. Difficult decision is how to go..fall on your sword or get sacked and leave in disgrace. Awesome player but shouldn't have taken on the poisoned chalice.

The sound you can hear in the distance is Roy Hodgson laughing his cock off.

And yet one of my LFC supporting colleagues still thinks he is doing a brilliant job. I imagine some scousers would still love King Kenny if he came round to their house, shat on the carpet and set fire to the kitchen. Blind devotion...

FIRST full season back and a trophy in the cabinet.
No silverware for Wenger's lot since 2005.
Kenny will stick around for a while yet.
Walk On... !footie!

They'll stick with him at least until the end of the season. They're not going up or competing for a CL place so there's no point unless someone they had their eye on becomes available and they want to snap him up before somebody else.
There was a good piece in the Times a while ago about Kenny and Liverpool saying the biggest worry isn't if Kenny does bad, but if he just does ok. If he's really good everyone's happy, if he does really bad they'll get someone to whisper in his ear, encouraging him to resign and move back into an ambassadorial role and then they'll look for a good replacement. They'll back that replacement with money and he may well turn it around. If Kenny does 'ok' then they'll never push for a top-four place again and no one will have the guts to remove him because of his status. They'll be a mid-table cup team for a long time and Liverpool fans would hate that.

The person they couldn't get and so appointed Hodgson - Deschamps - will probably be available. Be interesting to see if they go for him.

I have to congratulate LFC on a battling win but they are still pale shadows of long past great teams who wore their jerseys...

Yes, I suppose they will be. Do you think clubs will wait until after the Euros to appoint ? Don't know what Blanc's plans are but if he fancies a return to club management clubs will be interested.

So we don't have to see any more of those rude post match interviews he likes to do.
