Videoangels.tv help please

I joined videoangels.tv a few days ago and none of the videos on the site work for me, I've tried various methods of viewing them so it's not a codec problem, there don't seem to be any files there as i can't even download a movie. I've contacted the site through their emails:
admin@videoangels.tv and contact@videoangels.tv
but have heard nothing, I've tried officerdibble@ukshags.com and just dibble@ukshags.com as I understand he is the owner but those emails bounced back. Can anyone help me get in touch with the owner as I'd kinda like a refund if I can't view the site.
