Tories kick the disabled!

Its funny how easily the governement can find the where with all, to kick a load of disabled people out on the streets, but scratch their heads in bewilderment when having to find ways to tax the mega rich bankers!
The Cabinet in sombre mood after announcing their, "Let's Kick the Disabled" initiative!!!wink!

Why are they dressed as waiters? I guess they needed to earn a crust to pay their tuition fees?
