Singer Whitney Houston has been found dead by the singer Ray J at the Beverly Hiton Hotel. She was just 48.
No news yet as to what actually caused her death. But most of us know the problems she had and her battles with substance abuse. So one can only surmise right now.
My thoughts are with her family. R.I.P.

RIP. I've just seen this on the news. Very sad. She was only 48. She apparently battled with inner-demons and with drugs. What is terrible is the amount of money people will now make out of her, just like they've done with Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse (and many big stars from over the decades who have died) by releasing "tributes" all over the place.

I hate to say anything that isn't 'factual' and we don't actually know the cause of death yet, becausne has demons doesn't necessarily mean you can't die of natural causes.
But only guessing, its said in the newspapers in the last couple of days that she would be filing for bankruptcy as she is almost broke and that she had been living off 'charity' from friends. And sources claim she was planning a huge comeback. Can only assume the comeback got too much for her and she found herself going back to her old ways to get through it?
I do know that when the paramedics arrived they performed CPR though it never worked and that she was pronounced dead 3:55pm.

Bobby Brown has a lot to answer for. How to destroy a great singer and beautiful woman.

What a terrible loss, great singer. There's always the chance that she just died of misadventure of course, not as a result of crazed, drug fuelled partying, but just dying, or in this case possibly drowning! I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough,
