EDF like to be seen as one of the cheapest. They only put up prices after all their rivals did. And now the first to reduce prices!party! I'd wait a while as wholesale gas has dropped 30% since Sept and others will drop prices.

Their customer care stinks though! They never answer the phone and are completly incompetent. But I have found this to be a big advantage. Go to the obudsman. You will get a bill reduction.
