EDF put their Gas prices up by 15% in November.
They cut the price by 5% in January.
Everyone is welcoming this as good news.
Who is running these industries?

Is it just me who thinks this is one of the best confidence tricks I've seen in years?

EDF like to be seen as one of the cheapest. They only put up prices after all their rivals did. And now the first to reduce prices!party! I'd wait a while as wholesale gas has dropped 30% since Sept and others will drop prices.
Their customer care stinks though! They never answer the phone and are completly incompetent. But I have found this to be a big advantage. Go to the obudsman. You will get a bill reduction.
