I reckon you might have caught a passing glimpse of the "Gordon Brownson" down there with the uk economy after his "light touch regulation" of the banks!
The Brownson can be very very elusive, despite devouring vast sums of taxpayers money in salary and perks, it has only been spotted a couple of times at westminster in last eighteen months.
You could be right ;)
