Daft quangoes like ATVOD who expect webmasters to forkout ?2900for a site but not actually provide a service for it other than to fund a boardofpeople because of some EU Directive that allows them to do this

Oh in short...People like you and me paying all these dumb taxes and spending dead money on things to fund useless services that dont run efficiently because of cutbacks so what the hellare we paying for?
