So, the Dark Baron Mandleson off arm in arm with Osborne to St Moritz.
Are the Conservative versus Labour shenanigans in parliament just a soap opera for the masses, are champagne socialists the same as champagne conservatives.
Or, are the Bilderberg meetings just a bit of harmless fun.

Of course, what major policy shift has there been in UK Governments over the last 25 years? there is the political elite and the mugs, Cameron is Blair as will be Millpede or his brother, they are dancing to a different tune to everybody else.
I think the downfall of the Soviet Block has a lot to do with it, politicians all seem to have morphed into one mindset since.

Thanks for that, had not seen that clip. I don't know if you had a good read through the guest list, Google, Facebook, lots of very useful contacts in St. Moritz.

All very interesting, one expects certain things of the Conservatives, but to have Baron Mandleson, who must be the champion champagne socialist and as far removed from the 'working man' as it's possible to be, attending, then there must be something in it all.

"one expects certain things of the Conservatives"
Isn't Denis Healey one of the founders? They are all the same, its just a front.

Butch Mandy always goes to this chinwag. He likes rich powerful people like all true socialists.

The Two Ronnies did a sketch once where spokesmen for the Tories, Labour and the Lib/Dems deliver a 'Joint Party Political Broadcast'. The 3 of them deliver a synchronised speech which assures voters that there is no truth to the common belief that all political parties are the same. They assert that they are fundamentally different and between them there can be no agreement - at which point they all take it in turns to agree with each other.
(I did a quick search on YouTube but couldn't find this one).

I must have missed that one, although a Two Ronnies fan.
Will keep a look out for it, thanks.
