Question about a Hand/Tongue Gesture

Over the past few years I've occasionally seen females in photographs (often young celebrities) poking their tongue out between their index and middle fingers spread apart.

Now I'm guessing that this could mean cunnilingus (getting licked out in schoolboy talk) but if it does, I'm quite amazed how many actresses and singers etc would get pictured like that. OK, I'm sure they'd love to get their tingling twat tongue tickled, but most chicks are far more modest about it than guys are.

Is this what it means?
