Oh fer fucks sake, sperm can't be manufacured outside of a male of whatever species.
I suppose men could be tied down and be milked of their sperm for banking, but, I will never be convinced that wimmin will give up the cock. The only ones who would want to withdraw from a sperm bank are fucking hairy toed lesbians.
