At least if the BBC was run by the mob that own Spearmint Rhino, you might get some decent tit-n-bum shows instead of all that drivel about world affairs and nature study.

My local hospital is losing its Maternity ward and probably its A and E. The slow privatisation of the NHS and everything else in the country that the average joe relies on is being broken up. Toff,s like Cameron don't need and will never need basic services, they sneer at people who do. These scumbags will see Britain rot in the next 4 years unless they are stopped.

Having been in a NHS hospital twice in the last 10 years for Angioplasty with stent I can honestly say that the only things that should be privatised is the catering. Present day hospital meals are UTTER shyte and the wards are absolutely filthy under privatisation and should be taken back in house.
I was hospitalised for 3 weeks as a young 20yr old with a collapsed lung, the medical treatment was great, the meals were brilliant and the wards were spotless.
Since Matrons were done away with and Administrators took over hospital services have gone down the pan. Fer fucks sake, guests of Her Maj get 3 fucking good meals a day compared to the shyte hospital patients are fed.
Whatever happened to bread and water and rock breaking?

Do you really think Toff's like Cameron sneer at the people who do need basic services. Cameron is actually quite a good guy, he does not need the money, he wants the power, now he has the power he will try and keep it.

You have such a simple outlook on life, sadly it is just not that simple.

Things aren't done deliberately to fuck on the little guy, unfortunately the little guy just tends to get fucked on as a result of things happening.

What Cameron suffers from is not being that in touch with the little guy, and I doubt he ever will be, not his fault he is privileged, but even being privileged he still had to work hard to get where he is.

If everyone stopped moaning and complaining all the time and just got on with life and strived to make things better, the UK would be in a much better place.

Does the NHS need reform, hell yes, is privatisation the answer, probably not, in some cases it would probably work very well and you would have some super hospitals in other case you would not. I am sure there is an answer out there, not sure I am the one to give it.

I wish everyone would stop being so miserable in life, and stop and enjoy what they have no matter how little it might be. As they say the best things in life are free. Sex, a walk in the country, a walk through town, a conversion, eying up a stunning person, life is alot more fun when you stop and enjoy it. Why not give it a try.

To be fair there already are about a dozen private prisons. As far as I am aware this is the first prison, that is public sector owned which is going to be privatised.

What the real concern about this government is that whilst there were many examples of privatisations under Thatcher e.g. rail, water, gas, shipbuilding, steel etc and some under Blair like increasing involvement of private companies in the NHS, under Cameron the privatisation is going to be on a completely different scale.

As far as I can make out, the government sees everything being available for privatisation apart from the armed services and the police. To me, a privately run company has a completely different aim to a public sector one. The private sector company has no loyalty other than to its shareholders and it is judged by how aggressive it is in making profits and cutting costs. This general aim as witnessed in the huge increases in say gas prices and train fares is bad news for the taxpayer.

Cheers
