Just a heads up. Not sure if this is the right place to post. As I am watching, Tilly Hardy is appearing on the BBC 1 show "The Big Questions" alongside the adult actor "Johnny Anglais" and there is a female adult film director whose name I did not catch also appearing. The topic is "Is porn bad for society?", it may or may not be of interest to others here.

This may well be too late for you all to catch and I am not sure if it is shown on the BBC iPlayer.

I can't believe they are still discussing this subject, the general public don't give a toss anymore, porn is just part of life. It's a bit like asking, "Is the internet or TV bad for society?"

X rated videos are full of child pornography and bestiality! The female actors are usually murdered for the perverse pleasure of men. Men only have to watch one second of any X rated porn nasty and they run down to the nearest orphanage and chop up children with a chainsaw!

I think the "Big Questions" is a sort of "Right on" show for Christians on a Sunday. Give me proper Christians like Mary Whitehouse, who just hated us and wanted us all to burn in eternal damnation, she didn't try to "Understand" us! lol

But people do so love to talk about it because whether you like it or hate it, the subject of porn strikes a chord with everyone and usually gets the ratings up for sheer titillation of the topic and because everyone thinks their opinion is more important than anyone elses and thats why there is no real conclusion but business as usual when its done

I personally think the recent debates are better for being discussed by the lady contingent

As for the times moving on. The Mary Whitehouse types are more likely to be taking their dentures out and starring in videos now than opposing it.
