If you want it and he'll refund you if it's faulty, I'd say the price is ok.

If you don't know anything about them then go for a brand new shuffle at ?40. It'll have a guarantee, it won't break as easily if you drop it and it's a doddle to use because you've 5 buttons and no menus to learn.

I have the latest nano 16 gig and it's tiny, like an old shuffle but with a screen, they can be had for ?130 from amazon. I would go for this option if you can afford it.
