Well a recent TV programme suggested that the shooter is (or perhaps that should be was) a big cheese in Gadaffi's government. Given that Gadaffi is likely to end up like Ceaucescu if not Mussolini, his underlings might finally get to pay for their crimes, a delicious prospect.

Gadaffyduck deserves to be strung up by his black balls from a lamppost and stoned half to death before he is shot.
Then, all of his bodyguards should be fucked rigid by flea ridden camels to relieve them of their virgin status so they won't be availlable for him in muslim heaven.
