All they tried to do was help the release of an innocent man! Rather than commenting on the round-about way they attempted this, maybe you should first question why al Megrahi was in prison in the first place given the lack of hard evidence against him.

Based on the evidence presented in court, it's obvious to any sane person that there as a gross miscarriage of justice.

Your reply to my original post just shows YOUR ignorance of the whole story, in which case maybe you should consider keeping your fingers away from a keyboard lest you make an even bigger fool of yourself than you normally do!
