Normally I am the old-fashioned one, the history lover, who derides
most conspiracy theories as rubbish.
Trouble is sometimes such things prove sneakingly true....
It has now been shown, by a clever British expert on computer hacking
that the Stuxnet Worm virus that attacked the Iranian computers and
their weapons program recently was deliberately engineered by a
"Western power " and delivered by "another in the Middle East".
The New York Times says that the CIA engineered the virus and gave it
to Israel`s Mossad to deliver but they rushed this and the botched job
has revealed how it was done.
Personally it scares me how easily it might be possible to trigger a Third
World War using computer viruses....Maybe we should all become
Luddites and smash the damn computers while we have time !!!

I think it's brilliant if true. The CIA has managed to set back the Iranian nuclear weapons programme by five years without a shot being fired. A bit better than air strikes surely?
