I have to take my company car to Kwik Fit and I must state that the ones in my area are the most useless twatts I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I used to supply and maintain garage equipment and tyre depot equipment .I now inspect garage and tyre depot equipment, so I've met a few in my time.
I had a slow puncture and took the car to my nearest Kwik Fit and some twatt got underneath and "inspected" the tyre that kept deflating and stated that there was "Nuffink rong wiv the tyre, mate, I fink the valve needs tightenin up" The twatt went through the motion of tightening the tyre valve.
Next day it had lost seval pounds again, so I took it back, after checking the valve, which was tight and not leaking, and told the manager that the fucking thing was leaking. He inspected the tyre and found a fucking great screw embeded in the inner sidewall. Sidewall fucked, new tyre ?125. Didn't cost me a penny, but I didn't give the twatts a tip for their tea float. Bunch o useless twatts. Don't get me wrong, there are some excellent tyre fitters out there and I have met many, but the useless articles unfortunately drag the good ones down in the public eye.

kwik Fit should be renamed Crook Fit. You could take a brand new Lexus or Audi off the forecourt and they would find at least 10 faults and try to sell you their own shite tyres to replace the gleaming new P-Zeros or Bridgestones. Avoid avoid avoid.

Kwik Fit's work ethic. Fuck the customer, make money, money, money. Like PC World and Currys and Alan Sugar all operating on ideas from 30 years ago and all ultimately doomed!

The management of these companies are shite. They pay shit money and instill no loyalty in their employees and so they in turn don't give a toss.

The management should be forced to work for John Lewis to learn how it's done, about the only retailer that is increasing it's profits year by year.

In my local empty PC World you are met by a mass of tills (With no one waiting) on the ground floor by the door. In the Apple store which is packed, you can't find a till, they don't believe in "Tills", you have to plead with one of the Messianic staff to actually pay for something!

Also there are always hundreds of kids in there playing with all the Macs etc. I wonder what type of computer those kids will buy when they are older?
