Time to end sexist language in porn?

New year's resolution: isn't it time for producers to drop sexist/misogynistic language from adult entertainment?
Surely adult entertainment is about worshipping women - the kind of demi-goddesses normal blokes have no chance of being with; not slagging them off as 'sluts' or 'bitches', or God knows what else.
Who actually finds that kind of language sexy? Doesn't it facilitate trolling by giving wasters leeway to insult performers? And doesn't it damage the reputation of the adult industry by adding colour to complaints that it degrades women?
Surely female performers are tired of making a great scene, and then being dismissed as cheap?
My two cents anway.

This has baffled me too. If the guys who insult and denigrate these hot, desirable performers really do think they're horrible 'skanky ho's and cheap slags', then why do they spend so much time stroking their cocks and gazing at them? Jealousy and anger about what they can't have I'd say.
A similar situation occurs when you see a stunningly hot girl in the street wearing something raunchy and showing herself off. You'll always have some idiot calling her a "skanky ho" or something else he's learned by watching gansta rap videos. This makes me wonder if he'd prefer that gorgeous women got round wearing overalls and deep sea diving helmets.

Silkflame,
The term you "dirty bitch" is not derogatory and has become eroticised and lots of women have called me "a dirty fucking bastard" especially when they are having an orgasm which I take as a compliment.
But you have a point and it's to do with male attitudes to women which in many cases is misogynistic. My point of view is that when women drop their acts they are the same as men...ask any male stripper...

Its weird but if said in the right context the most foulest language can be seen as eroticised. Nice word Eroticartist. I shall incorporate that into my vocabularly.
I think dirty talking adds something to the sexual proceedings. It can turn an average sex scene into something primal and charged. Good sex is like that.
I dont ever recollect calling women bitches or whores in any of my videos so dont think it applies to me. If couples call each other that then thats their prerogative and who am I to censor them?
I cant speak for anyone else but I can see your point Silkflame

Not a resolution that's going to be on my list. If a model doesn't like being called names we don't call her names. If she does we do and it helps to create a better scene. And she can call us whatever she wants.

Language is emotive. In sex it has always been highly charged. As far
as I can see its Silkflame`s hangup if he finds it "sexist". As a director
I stand guilty of many times calling my leading ladies "bitches" and
asking a stud "to fuck the bitch". If asked why, I have explained that
the female performer can be a nun in her private life, but I did not book
her to be Meryl Steep on camera, but a hot, nasty, sexual animal. To
call a girl in our biz a "real slut" or "bitch" is the highest accolade I can
give her....
It has also been made clear to me in numerous scenes that many girls
like to hear dirty talk in sex and use it themselves. For a few minutes to
fantasize they are an amazing whore or especially adept at some sex
technique such as deep-throating, or anal, often turns them on.
Political correctness, which is what Silkflame is really about, will never
catch on in porn !

Mr Thring you said, "Political correctness, which is what Silkflame is really about, will never

I'm not sure it's an issue of, "Political correctness", I actually don't like calling girls bitches, whores etc in my scenes and in 350 scenes, I don't think I've ever done it. It just doesn't turn me on to be abusive to women in this way, maybe you're right and there are hundreds of Jim Slip girls moping around, saying, "That fucking Slip bloke never called me a cheap, filthy, whore once, he didn't slap me, wrench open my mouth, strangle me or even gob on me..........what a fucking POOF!" LOL
Personally, I think the images of menace depicted in this way have just become a huge predictable cliche, because it seems to appear in every scene. But each to his or her own.
Or as some say "different strokes for different folks!"

I personally like being called a dirty slut or a fucking whore both on camera and in my personal sex life !happy! and I call my bf quite a few filthy names during sex. And I know I personally would find it quite strange and not too sexy if my bf or a performer during a scene started calling me goddess or anything like that.
I don't think any word itself is actually degrading or demeaning. I think its how its said and the feeling behind it. A word is just a word, nothing more. And if a woman likes being called a certain word then it can't really be degrading.
Just my thoughts on it !happy!

Really? What if a white guy in a porn video was to call a black woman 'N****r ', or vice versa? I dont think it would matter how it was said or what the feeling was behind it. It would be unacceptable, degrading, demeaning and have a ton of baggage with it.
