Interested to know what music track forumites believe is the best thing they have heard this year.

Doesnt particularly have to have been released this year. For some of you, a classical piece might be your favourite.

This would be my favourite most years.

It's on the album American 1V: The Man comes around, recorded not that long before Cash died.

A song, not Cash's own, about loss, regret and self-loathing. A sparse production by Rick Rubin builds to a crescendo.

The video accompanying this track, is also on the album and has shots of Cash performing the song interspersed with scenes from Cash's early years.

The video goes brilliantly with the song.

Stunning stuff!

Just the best British band around at the moment and from Bristol. Letterman asked the band to play an enore on his show, first time he has ever done so for anyone.
