I had the misfortune to see Rockbitch once (at The Robert Peel in Kingston... or "The Peel" as it's now known, with a picture of a piece of orange peel replacing the portrait of the man himself on the pub sign!)

They were fucking awful!!!

From a musical point of view, I couldn't understand why anyone would want to listen to them. Given they were performing in a venue that (in another part of the place) had strippers on, I also couldn't see the point of anyone going to watch them when far sexier girls were disrobing next door!!!

I'll agree that their music was rather patchy (some of their stuff wasn't bad, but most was just filler) and they weren't all page 3 hotties! But, I loved the sheer filthiness of their act - particularly the version they could get away with in parts of Europe.

You won't see Amy Winehouse pissing on stage will you - except when she's drunk of course.
