Presumably, as he's been unable to record anything new, it's made up of previously recorded stuff that was considered too crap to put out on his previous albums?

I have heard most of this album, and if your a Jackson fan it won't dissapoint. Although I am mainly a Rock/blues/pop musician, I like Micky, always have, like Prince he was tremendously aware of great arrangement's, even though he was not a musician himself. The album features a collaboration of producers and has some guest artist on it as well (50cent and Kravitz) you can diss him all you like, he was an amazing performer and songwriter.

I think you should get your facts 'exactly' right first PH, I am not aware he has been found 'Guilty' of anything, apart from being an amazing performer.
