Beautiful sting by the News of the World...how I would love to be a fly on the wall of Higgins house today.Wonder what he told the missis after being told he was to be all all over today's paper?Fascinating video and article on the paper's site show that some people have no class.I wonder if the pair will be drummed out of the game? I'd take your bets but I'd need to know it was a fair contest..........

I have met John Higgins a few times and he always seemed like a good lad but after watching this video he is completely fucked and has no chance of ever being allowed to play top snooker again, just makes me wonder how greedy can this man actually be, he has made nearly ?5m in prize money and I would guess as much through sponsorship and he still wants more.

It doesn't matter what walk of life the rich comes from. Being rich isn't enough for them, They'll always want more money, and will always pursue they're needs for more, no matter when it takes them.
And so this is a case with Higgins and his manager.

Loved his 'felt threatened by Russian mafia, so I went along with it' line.
He got caught, plain and simple. Still, Steve Davis must wonder deep down did he REALLY beat Higgins the other week or did Higgins 'throw' the match? After the NOTW story, I'm inclined to believe the latter
