My advice would be to start small and if the demand is there for your product then work your way up , i have quoted this before but the man who started the niche magazine Splosh made a fortune just selling by mail order, i noticed your content includes b/g which carries a risk mail order if the content is hardcore, and yes the internet has fucked mag sales but why not use the power of the internet to sale a niche mag, after all it much more comfortable wanking with a mag under the sheets than a desk or laptop !wink!
