ok this problem is really bugging me.
I have Windows XP , windows media player 11, internet explorer 8 and also use firefox 3.0.13 .
I use to be able to view film clips from STRICTLY BROADBAND via Windows media11 without any problems . Then the error started to happen where i would get sound but the picture would be blocks of different colours or just green . I went through the F.A.Q on the site to see if i can fix the problem and got help from their customer service dept to no avil . I have reinstalled windows media , IE 8 AND Firefox but still this hasnt clear the problem.
i can put a dvd into my pc and windows media works fine with sound/picture quality . I can also stream films on windows media fine from SMUTNETWORKS .COM without any issues.
so there must be something to do with the code and the way the two sites stream onto windows media but im baffled about how to fix this.
any help much appreciated.
