Let us discuss some serious axemen who don't get much of a mention in the press....
I'll start with Martin Barre, Mike Campbell, Joe Bonamassa and Buddy Guy.

this a great site and worthy of serious exploration by Rock Guitar devotee's
Dokken's cheesy 80's style of 'Hairdo' rock was not to everyone's taste
but George Lynch's guitar playing was always impressive, there is much on youtube from George.
