I'm sure she'll go to prison for this. She is a total chav. She looks like a man. Been on Benefits all her adult life and will now cost the taxpapyer heaps more money to keep her in prison. It apparently costs more to keep someone in prison for a year than it does to send someone to Eton. She'll do her stint in the nick, along with that gormless boyfriend of hers, then they'll be released and get Benefits again, for the rest of their lives.

Her acting is not that bad!

How on earth she thought she would get away with it shows how stupid and sick she really is. Its a blessing in disguise for Shannon, at least she has been saved from that sick family, where other children like Baby P where not so fortunate.

Talking of Baby P, and about this Matthews girl, I read a book not so long ago about someone who was raised in the notorious district that is New Addington, near Croydon (basically the south London suburbs), and this book is about his life and about how when Social Services really get it wrong the effects can be huge. He was born in 1970, so this isnt something from the dark ages. He would only be 38 now, and this book was written about 5 years ago I think. He was beaten within an inch of his life on a daily basis, he was starved, and made to live in a freezing cold room with no light and shit all over the walls. His name is Kevin Lewis and the book is called "The Kid". He turned his life around and is now married with two children, who he loves dearly and would never harm (although he was terrified he might do as people always say that you do to your kids what was done to you. He, thankfully, is an exception to this theory). Have a look at reviews of this book on Amazon and maybe buy a copy. It is a disturbing, and interesting, read.

A chavvy looking bag - like 50% of the mothers you see walking round sink estates, spending their benefit on Whit Lightening, cigarettes and scratch cards.
