A cracking match for a neutral, and the right result. Even Fergie deep down knows it was a penalty!
Historonics between 2 first teamers having a squabble over whos turn it was to have a free kick was a laugh
Argy Bargy at the end and off camera for the newspapers to make a meal of, nice to see Chelsea ground staff giving it out !wink!
Nice touch with the RIP No8 shirt
I expect Mike is still sleeping his hangover off!!

Too right Ace.A brilliant day yesterday and the atmosphere was phenomenal.

Drogba needs to sort himself out.Made a total fool of himself squabbling with Ballack over the free kick.

We out played Yahnited, despite that ricket from Ricki, but everyone makes mistakes and he's still a quality defender.

Nice gesture to dedicate the goal to Lampard's mother. It shows we are together in spirit and strenght and we're thinking of Frank during this sad time for him.He will stay at Chelsea.

Now for Liverpool on Wednesday and i need to get my voice back in time for that one.

Agree Ace,Chelsea deserved to win what was,as you said,a cracking match.Yes it was a penalty, though i think United should've had one for,i think Ballack, holding back Ronaldo, didn't think so at the time, but having seen it this morning it was definately a penalty, though they don't seem to be given in the penalty area, just everywhere else on the pitch!I still see United winning their last two games though.

Btw Ace,sad news to tell

I was chatting to a few fellow Chelsea fans yesterday in the pub before the game and i was told that a Chelsea fan was hit in the head by a brick thrown by a scouser on Tuesday night.

He died on Friday as result of the head injury.

The press have been playing down the incident, thus deciding not to report it.

Wednesday is definetley payback time for these scouse bastards. They even attacked a minibus containing disabled Chelsea supporters.

Mate, don't try and mug me off.He saw the incident, and it was backed up by mant others.

Typical of a paddy as well as scousers to be of the same intellectual ilk.Afterall, you are both cut from the same cloth.Reason why the IRA never bombed Liverpool during their scummy campaign.

Let's hope Rangers batter Celtic today.

Blues Brothers,follow follow !drink!Jacques wrote:

I'll give you a clue Mike as you are clearly clueless.

The IRA have bombed Liverpool - railway station, council buildings and cinemas.

I hope that is enough of a clue for you?

Payback time? So you are either planning a violent action on Wednesday, or you're advocating violent action. Don't you think that violence begets violence, and anything you do will just lead them to do something else the next time you are in town?

Newsflash---this isn't the 1980s any more. Forget the knuckle-trailing macho posturing. If you want to do something, tell the guys down the pub to tell the police all they know so that the pathetic person who threw the brick is brought to justice, jailed, and rightfully banned by Liverpool FC for life.

I'm agree with Caractacus here.

Also why pull out another Liverpool fan for what another has allegedly done? Do you blame all Liverpool fans for one others indescretion?

I wasn't at Anfield the other night but just say I was to go to Stamford Bridge this week and it was me who got targeted for revenge just because I had a red shirt on even though the original incident was none of my fault.

Is that fair or right?

If thats the case then why don't we blame all Germans for the holocaust?

Every muslim for 9/11?

And so on.
