Travelodge hotels

Post by Ace »

Stayed at a supposed nice one in Park Court, West London last month, it was a shabby tacky place and I have complained to their customer services the following day...........as yet, no reply.
Do I,

A) Write again and respectfully enquire for a response?
B) Book another room and trash it and smear my shit up the walls?

Suggestions and advice are welcome

You should have politely identified the fault to the receptionist on arrival or on finding the problem. They would have tried to put you in a new roomor organised a rebate of fees. You may get lucky but in my experience theres no time like the present.

Was it my fault! This was part of a set - from a Lodge near London, don't over do it with the beds - the legs drop off. Can't think what could have made that happen!

Stay at a Premier Inn instead....wonderful, and always linked to a pub/restaurant or motorway services. Travelodges can be in the middle of nowhere and not sell food!

Some of the Inn Keeper's Lodges groups places are quite good value - I stay at the Fox House Inn just South of Sheffield when ever I'm up northish the building itself is worth the stay and the pubs not bad!
