Supposedly the line was pulled in the States as the producers were (supposedly again) worried that they may have crossed the line with this series and might attract the attentions of the authorities and subsequent obscenity prosecutions etc.
Various comments on r.a.m.e would suggest that it is hard to get hold of in the US.
