Many people have recorded the song Unchained Melody but i still think the Righteous Brothers version is the best, here it is live which ends slightly different to their recorded version

Yes, it is the best.

However, as much as Bono grips my shit, he performed a stunning version on the U2 ZOO TV Tour in Australia thats on the DVD....a close 2nd.

Robson and Jerome? FUCK OFF!!

Gotta be honest here and say I have all ways really enjoyed the Jimmy Young version. But Matt Monro's is probably my favourite version. Slightly biased as I think Mr Monro is just superb. Come on if two of your biggest fans are Elvis and Sinnartra your doing some thing right,eh?

A wonderfull tune no matter what.

Cheers

AOR veterans Heart did a pretty solid version on some compilation album of theirs many years back.

Ann Wilson couldn't half belt out a song when she wanted.

I think we all agree it was and still is a great song whoever recorded it, as far as the Righteous Bros: goes was that Bobbie or Bill because they both sang the lead on this song at times and the recorded version has a bit of both of their voices in surounds !cool!!cool!!cool!!cool!!cool!
