He's a cunt .aAso a tip for when your in a Waitrose cafe, purchase a coffee, drink 3/4 of it, then take it back and tell them it was cold, they will give you a new one, no question's asked, I g,ntee this works every time.
Warning.. Do not try this in Sainsbury's, if you can drink a cup of thier coffee, your already dead.
