Best Digital Camera

Can anyone recommend a digital camera?
Price range below 200 quid. About 7 million pixels.
Any good websites out there?

Fantastic site below where he does detailed reviews of digital cameras.
It is a US site so some camera names / numbers are slightly different to UK ones but you still get an idea of best makes and models.
He does list his "best" cameras by different criteria SLR, megapixels, waterproof and so on) so that should give you some help.
