I think it's allowed on eBay in the U.S. if you know the procedure to post smut there. I don't.
Have you tried craigslist.com?
Why is it illegal to re-sell if the material was legal in the 1st place?? Not arguing, mind you, just curious.

Please be aware though that under the terms of the VRA it
is illegal to resell your porn collection, you need a Licence and then it can only be sold in a Licensed Sex Shop.
