How about a group of potential suicides?
The audience could act like Samaritans ...or not.

So everyone is getting on the outraged bandwagon on this issue ... So f***ing what ....
It's her kidney, she's dying it's her choice and the contestants all know what there getting into .... i'm sure the donor will be getting some sort of payment and again so what, let her enjoy what she's got left and when she's gone someone else gets a new lease on life and maybe more people will (we don't know the full story) And yes we will see dying on a show soon enough.
And before anyone asks .... Yes I've had 1st hand experience on this matter and due to the lack of organ donors a close friend passed away .... i can only see this as a good thing if it brings the whole issue into the open and i know he would have jumped at a chance like this..... But sadly we all know nothing will really change
What the real disgrace is the state of the whole organ donor situation .... rich westerners buying organs on the cheap from third world country's ... At least give the donors a fair price since the westerners will pay tens of thousands.
Once your dead your dead and nothing will fix that problem so go out there and get your donor card sorted .... your death will help someone. I for one have donated everything they can use.

It'd be easy to slate this as a cheap and nasty and distasteful show. But if it does make people think about donating their organs, then it is serving a purpose.
